Kveldsklunken early improvisation

from Sketches becoming tunes - early takes by Kyrre Slind

about

I recorded this idea at a friend's cottage at Vikingneset in Sogn, Norway in 2017, fiddling around in the guitar tuning Open G. You can hear the stairs squeaking in the background, as my friend did his best to walk quietly in order not to disturb the recording. The tune later found its final form on the album Fri in 2018, changed by a few live performances. You can watch the music video along with the track here on Bandcamp. This track later was played on scottish radio which made me very proud and happy. That's the radio voice we actually used in the video.
